Questions and Answers

  1. What can I do about the nuisance animal that is now in my house?
You can try to get rid of it yourself, but that can be hazardous and create a new problem of what to do with the animal. Call us immediately and we will humanely remove the animal and relocate it at least 15 miles from your home so it cannot return.

  2. Who can help me with unwanted animals on my property?
County animal control will not help, they only handle domesticated dogs and cats (non-feral). You need to call us as we are trained and experienced professionals.

  3. I found a baby wild animal on my property, what do I do?
It is best to leave it alone. Usually the mother will come and pick it back up, try not to disturb wildlife.

  4. How do I find out what kind of animal, snake or bird is making the noises/smell/mess I am hearing, smelling and seeing?
Call us for an inspection and we will diagnose your problem and provide set pricing for a comprehensive solution.

  5. What kinds of animals do you remove?
We remove all animals, birds or snakes listed on this website. If you encounter something unusual, give us a call. We do not find or remove stray pets, county animal control handles that.

  6. What do you do with the animals you remove?
They are safely relocated back to their natural habitat a minimum of 15 miles from your home so they can never return. If the animals are dependent juveniles they go to a wildlife rehabilitator.

  7. What techniques do you use to remove animals?
We primarily use trapping, snaring, venting, block out, and sometimes special cameras.

  8. What is your service area?
We cover all of Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties. This includes Naples, Bonita Springs, San Carlos Park, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte.

  9. I live in a very remote area, can you still help me?
Possibly. Call us for more information.

  10. What service options do you offer?
Our services include inspecting the property, professional trapping, and repair of the entry points. We trap for 2 weeks at a time to insure we get the entire population of nuisance animals off the property.

  11. Will nuisance animals hurt my family?
Yes, all wild animals have the potential for harm. That is why we suggest you allow professionals to take care of it for you. The harm isn't just about attack, but also disease. Wild animals carry a number of diseases, including rabies which can be transmitted to humans. Review the pages for specific animals for additional information.

  12. Will nuisance animals hurt my pet?
Yes. Unfortunately, family pets are also seen as competition for food, shelter or territory and can be injured in fights with many types of wild animals. Pets can also contract diseases from wild animals.

  13. What kind of damage can nuisance animals do to my property?
Depending on the type of animal, the damage can be varied and extensive. People don't want to buy homes infested with pest animals and the property value drops 5-10%, not to mention reduced salability. Damage can occur in a number of ways: cosmetic, such as ugly streaks and staining from pigeons; utilities, such as chewed electrical cords; structural, rotted joists from long-term occupation by bats. The more animals there are and the longer they occupy a roof, chimney, attic, or wall, the worse the damage will be.

  14. What do you charge to remove nuisance animals?
We suggest you begin with a job site inspection to evaluate your particular situation. We charge a set fee for the inspection, trapping, and deterrent of nuisance animals. We DO NOT charge per visit or per animal trapped as this can get very expensive very quickly. We feel the fees we charge are the BEST VALUE in southwest Florida based on our expertise and experience.

  15. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, and most Credit Cards.
